Break-Even Analysis for Multiple Products

Most Break-Even Analysis Examples are for One Product. What About the 99% of Businesses That Have More than One Product?

I'm happy to say that there are ways to do break-even analysis for multiple products. I even use a simple example using the Three Little Pigs (thus, the pigs in the video thumbnail). For the more serious types, I explain break-even analysis for a capital budgeting decision from my banking days. In this video, I’ll:

 - Show an easy way to model a mix of two product groups

 - Walk step-by-step through a popular way for calculating break-even for a mix of multiple products.

 - Show two examples of how to apply the concepts of break-even for multiple products
