Cash Flow Projection

Definition: An analysis that shows the timing and amounts of future cash inflows and outflows.

Why It’s Important: Profits are nice but don’t pay the bills. Employees, vendors, and lenders need paid in cash. Planning your cash flows allows you to capture opportunities and avoid cash crises.
